Poppy Seed Challenge 1

Woohoo!! Lisa Johnson of Poppy Paperie has started a new challenge. She provides 3"seeds" of inspiration. This time those seeds are a flower stamp, light yellow and crystals.

For my card, I decided to select one of Lisa's stamp sets called Remember. I used two of the flowers in this set to create both the background and the focal point. This set features one of my absolute favorite sentiments "True strength is delicate". Isn't that a great one? What a perfect sentiment for an encouragement card! My photo does not show the golden metallic crystals that ring the center of the flower.

Great challenge, Lisa. I look forward to your next one.

Supplies:
Stamps: PTI Remember
Cardstock: Ripe Avocado, Lemon Tart, Select White
Ink: Basic Black, Versamark, Ripe Avocado
Ribbon: Swiss Dot Satin Ribbon
Miscellaneous: Tin Type Impression Plate

Pat this is gorgeous! Great minds think alike, huh? Same set and sentiment. I love your unique ribbon treatment. I've never used the flourish as a type of stem. I'll have to try it.
